We’re committed to pairing these premium beans with cutting-edge coffee gear, ensuring a truly immersive, multi-sensory tasting experience.

Our Impact and Commitments

Direct-Trade Coffee

We’re dedicated to direct-trade practices—empowering our partner farmers to maintain high standards through meticulous, slow fermentation processes. By sourcing from micro-lot estates, we help reduce our carbon footprint compared to mass-produced coffee. Not only does this preserve the environment, it also yields beans brimming with flavor and nutrients. Above all, we believe in the well-being of farmers, knowing their care and passion lead to cleaner, higher-quality coffee for everyone.

Cocao Plantations

We carefully source cocoa from Rainforest Alliance–certified plantations, ensuring farmers benefit from equitable practices. Through this program, cocoa growers receive fair compensation and nurture biodiversity for a healthier planet. Our hot chocolates and mochas feature single-origin vegan cocoa, free of chemicals or preservatives. Each sip offers indulgent richness, reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship and the well-being of cocoa-producing communities.

Re-Cycle Upcycle

We collaborate with local artisans who turn reclaimed wood from construction debris into one-of-a-kind café furniture. Each tabletop at Buro Espresso Bar has been salvaged, saved, and transformed into a piece of art—telling stories of our commitment to reusing materials and celebrating creativity. Our goal is to continuously partner with humble, passionate suppliers, bringing more sustainable, upcycled designs to our space.

Energy-Saving

We go beyond standard LED lighting by incorporating chilled-water air ventilation systems that are more compact, quieter, and longer-lasting than typical HVAC setups. This commitment to clean airflow not only reduces resource consumption but also cultivates a healthier, more natural atmosphere for guests and staff alike. By continuously refining our energy-saving methods—whether it’s upgrading equipment or optimizing day-to-day operations. We aim to minimize our ecological footprint.

Our espresso bars feature state-of-the-art, precision-engineered machines that elevate every pour to a work of art. Assembled in Europe using top-tier materials, these systems run efficiently, offer swift heat recovery during rush hours, and operate with minimal noise—keeping conversations flowing. Beyond brewing, we embrace smart resource management, reducing power consumption. By staying on the cutting edge of coffee technology, we deliver consistently superior flavor profiles and a more responsible approach to energy usage.
